Introduction & Purpose Foundational Vision and Mission
Darul Hikmat Program All praise is due to Allah, the Lord of all the worlds, and peace and blessings be upon the Leader of all Messengers ﷺ. To proceed: With the farsighted vision and intellectual guidance of the Thinker of Islam, Hazrat Maulana Muhammad Wali Rahmani (رحمہ اللہ), the academic and intellectual movement initiated at Jamia Rahmani, Munger, produced many remarkable achievements. Among its brightest and most radiant outcomes is the establishment of the Department of Darul-Hikmat. Today, under the special supervision and patronage of Ameer-e-Shariat, Hazrat Maulana Ahmad Wali Faisal Rahmani (دامت برکاتہم), this department continues to progress rapidly and expand its scope. In a joyful extension of this mission, the Department of Darul-Hikmat was also established at Madrasa Rahmaniya, Supaul, Biraul, Darbhanga on 4th May 2025, Sunday, through the blessed hands of Hazrat Maulana Ahmad Wali Faisal Rahmani (مدظلہ العالی). The entire curriculum, educational strategy, and structural framework of this department are being directly formulated under his supervision.
Objectives and Goals Core Educational Aims
The fundamental aim of the Department of Darul-Hikmat is to establish a comprehensive and well-rounded educational system that:
  • Provides a strong foundation in the memorization of the Holy Qur’an,
  • Imparts genuine and natural proficiency in Arabic, English, Urdu, and Hindi languages,
  • And prepares competent, practicing, and intellectually mature scholars who can simultaneously meet the religious and contemporary demands of the Ummah.
The core purpose of education here is not merely the acquisition of information, but:
  • To awaken the spirit of understanding the Qur’an and develop a taste for its recitation,
  • To cultivate the ability to directly benefit from Arabic sources and classical references,
  • To train students to think, speak, read, and write Arabic, English, and Urdu in a natural manner,
  • To refine skills of research, analysis, critique, and effective Islamic outreach and reform.
These are among the primary priorities of the department.

Its purpose is to prepare a new generation illuminated with true knowledge, sound understanding, and noble Islamic character—so that they may guide themselves and the Ummah with the light of faith and wisdom.
