Madrasah Rahmaniya Supaul, Birool, District Darbhanga — under the presidency and supervision of this humble servant — is rendering invaluable services in the field of religion and Islamic sciences. Alhamdulillah, the accounts and administration of the Madrasah are completely satisfactory. The Madrasah is progressing day by day in the field of education. From the beginning to the end of Arabic education is provided. For the hostel (Dar-ul-Iqamah), 48 rooms have been constructed so far, and now there is a plan to build classrooms and a Dar-ul-Hadith building. In any case, I feel happy to say that Alhamdulillah! Madrasah Rahmaniya is among the distinguished Madaris (Islamic seminaries) of India. My appeal is that people of generosity should consider the assistance and support of this Madrasah as a national and religious duty and pay attention towards it.

Madrasah Rahmaniya, Supaul, Biroul, District Darbhanga, India, is one of the oldest Islamic educational institutions, serving the cause of religion and knowledge for about one hundred and twenty-five years. This institution has played a vital role in nurturing and strengthening the religious atmosphere of the region. Alhamdulillah! Hundreds of Huffaz (memorizers of the Qur’an) and Fazil (graduates in Islamic studies) have graduated from this Madrasah and are spreading the message of Islam and knowledge both within India and abroad. A large number of the alumni of this institution have become distinguished scholars. It is also a fact that whenever a religious movement has been initiated from Khanqah Rahmani, the students and teachers of Madrasah Rahmaniya have participated in it with great dedication and sacrifice. This institution stands as a strong fortress of faith and learning. The Madrasah has been blessed with the honor of having Hazrat Maulana Shah Minnatullah Rahmani (رحمتہ اللہ علیہ) as its President. The institution possesses its own solid two-storey building, which includes both a boarding house (Darul Iqamah) and classrooms. Complete arrangements for food and accommodation are provided for the students. Along with the Hifz (memorization of the Qur’an) course, there is also a system for higher Islamic studies up to the Fazil level. The Madrasah continues to successfully fulfill the religious and educational needs of the local Muslim community. I had the honor of participating in the grand conference of Madrasah Rahmaniya. This Madrasah is a beacon of scholarly light and is performing distinguished services in the propagation of the knowledge of Prophethood.

Madrasah Rahmaniya is a well-known great academic center of Bihar. Education is provided from the beginning up to Daurah-e-Hadith (final year of Hadith). The Madrasah deserves the special attention of generous people.

I have visited Madrasah Rahmaniya for the second time. By the grace of Allah, the educational and administrative performance of the Madrasah is satisfactory.

Madrasah Rahmaniya, Supaul, District Darbhanga, State of Bihar, is an old and well-known Madrasah. In the hostel (Dar-ul-Iqamah), 355 students reside; the number of teachers is 27; the annual budget is 22 lakh rupees. The undersigned had the opportunity to visit this Madrasah. A request for cooperation from generous people is made.

Madrasah Rahmaniya holds a distinguished position among all the Madaris of Bihar, because the services of Madrasah Rahmaniya in the propagation of knowledge and practice, and for the nation and community, are unforgettable. The election of Shaikh-e-Tariqat Hazrat Maulana Syed Shah Minnatullah Rahmani as Ameer-e-Shariat took place here on 25th March 1957. The first branch of Dar-ul-Qaza of Imarat-e-Shariah outside its headquarters was established in this Madrasah on 19th April 1959. This Madrasah was also a center of the Freedom Movement.

I had to stay in Madrasah Rahmaniya Supaul for the inspection of its educational, financial, and administrative affairs. I examined all the documents and reviewed the educational ability of the students. I am pleased that this Madrasah, due to its satisfactory performance in every department, is worthy of admiration. And I am confident that in the future, this institution will continue to perform brilliant services, Insha’Allah. I appeal to all Muslims and to all generous people throughout the country to cooperate as much as possible with this institution. Only this much.
